They cannot diagnose a mental health condition. A score should be considered alongside your history, circumstances, health, functioning, culture, relationships, and other factors.

You do not need to diagnose yourself before asking for help.

Your privacy matters

No account or email is required. The Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma & PTSD Check-Ins calculate results in your browser and do not send or save your individual answers.

Educational purpose only

Screenings are not diagnoses and should not replace individualized assessment by a qualified health or mental health professional.

Context matters

Similar symptoms can have different causes. Screening results are best understood alongside your history, functioning, health, environment, and current circumstances.

After a screening

Information, followed by context.

You will receive your result, an explanation of what it may mean, what it cannot tell you, and several next steps. When an instrument uses established score ranges or cut-points, those are explained with appropriate context. You can learn more, prepare for a conversation with a provider, or explore therapy. Booking is never required to use these tools.
